Digestive bitters

Infusions of wild or organic herbs and spices in vodka. Taking digestive bitters might be the single best thing you can do to help your digestion: a few drops before meals stimulates secretions all the way along your digestive tract, helping you digest food better, assimilate more nutrients from your food, and easing indigestion, nausea, bloating and gas along the way. (Not to mention they're delicious, and make a great addition to cocktails...)
